As we continue to push the boundaries of what's possible, we're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in shaping our future business strategy in Europe. This individual will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and building relationships with potential strategic partners to operationalize our business strategy
  • Establishing business models and ways of working with regional partners, allocating relevant KPIs and performance measurement practices
  • Collecting and analyzing market data to inform market entry plans and routes to market
  • Executing business case analysis to recommend market entry plans and sales channels
  • Conducting regional and partner performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models
  • Auditing regional partners' compliance with our processes and standards, creating action plans as needed

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned professional with international customer and product launch business development experience. A creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking are essential, as is a proven track record working in an international business environment.
