Our High Performance Polymers Business is seeking a dynamic Sales and Key Account Manager to join our team in Germany.

About the Role

As a Sales and Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting low carbon footprint biobased and recycled materials in the automotive market.

You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the territory with a focus on key accounts and OEMs.

You will negotiate commercial contracts, coordinate global accounts activity, and monitor customer demand.

You will cultivate strong relationships with customers and OEMs at various levels and functions.

You will promote products and applications, identifying new customers and partners within the assigned segment/territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth in the territory
  • Negotiate commercial contracts with key accounts and OEMs
  • Coordinate global accounts activity with related global team
  • Monitor customer demand and coordinate sales
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and OEMs
  • Promote products and applications, identifying new customers and partners
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience in polymers sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales-closing skills
  • Fluent in German and English, French or Eastern European language (Polish, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize, organize, decide, take priorities, and be innovative
