Sales Excellence Manager

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and revolutionize the European Sales Excellence & Digitalization Organization. Motivate and guide the Sales Excellence Team, focusing on both personal and professional growth. Establish, execute, and refine customer data and comprehensive sales processes across various functions. Oversee multiple sales-supporting operations, leveraging Salesforce, contract management, reporting, customer events, and site visits. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, collaborating with legal and tax departments. Identify and develop business analysis requirements, producing standardized and client-specific sales reports. Propel the ongoing enhancement of system solutions for sales-related reports utilizing tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other external applications.Candidate Profile
Education: A completed degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, or Product Management, with international exposure. Expertise: Leadership experience is advantageous. Proficient in managing complex data structures, data modeling, and databases. Familiarity with SAP and understanding of Salesforce and Power BI is a plus. Language skills: Business fluent in English (both written and spoken). Personal Attributes: Possess digital leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and vision. Results-oriented and team-focused with strong conceptual and analytical skills. Demonstrates personal integrity and holistic thinking. Resilient and assertive, exhibiting a self-assured and empathetic demeanor. Willingness to travel.
