Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance and innovate the European Sales Excellence & Digitalization Organization. Motivate and guide the Sales Excellence Team, focusing on both personal and professional growth. Establish, execute, and refine customer data management and comprehensive sales workflows across departments. Oversee various sales-supporting operations, leveraging Salesforce, contract management, reporting, customer engagements, and site visits. Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, collaborating with legal and tax teams. Identify and formulate business analysis needs, producing standardized and client-specific sales evaluations. Propel ongoing enhancement of system solutions for sales-related reporting utilizing tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other external applications.

Candidate Profile

Education: A completed degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, or Product Management, with a global perspective. Expertise: Leadership experience is a plus. Proficient in managing complex data frameworks, data modeling, and databases. Familiarity with SAP is essential. Understanding of Salesforce and Power BI is advantageous. Language Proficiency: Business fluent in English (both written and spoken). Personal Attributes: Possess digital leadership capabilities, including a strategic outlook and vision. Results-driven and team-oriented with strong conceptual and analytical skills. Demonstrates personal integrity and holistic thinking. Resilient and assertive, with a confident and empathetic demeanor. Willingness to travel. Strong process orientation and a mindset geared towards standardization.
