Senior Manager, Fleet Operations and Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Fleet Operations within our Strategic Partnerships and Programs Team. This role will involve leading the development, implementation, and enhancement of fleet initiatives. The Senior Manager will collaborate with external partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealerships, fleet suppliers, and management companies, to ensure effective service delivery. The focus will be on providing maintenance and repair services that support our Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). Additionally, this individual will explore and deploy innovative solutions aimed at maximizing vehicle uptime.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to anticipate future requirements, and willing to tackle challenges head-on. The objective is to create a premier solution, establish a clear direction, and oversee its execution. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong customer orientation, exceptional analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to navigate complex business decisions in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of a diverse portfolio of fleet services
  • Development of business strategies and negotiation with vendors
  • Facilitation of the EU-wide implementation and ongoing enhancement of services
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Primary Duties:

  • Develop and manage project plans for service deployment
  • Identify organizational needs and devise solutions for service enhancement
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and manage tender processes
  • Create systems for continuous evaluation and improvement based on client feedback
  • Maintain relationships with service delivery suppliers
  • Ensure alignment across various functions, including business units, service providers, and leadership teams, to meet objectives
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and key performance indicators

This position will require travel exceeding 25%.

  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in project management and vendor relations is essential

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Experience managing third-party vendors
  • Experience with Delivery Stations or Delivery Service Partners is advantageous.
