Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Fleet Compliance Manager for the EU region, tasked with maintaining fleet standards and ensuring compliance.
This role emphasizes the management and enhancement of fleet accountability mechanisms, ensuring adherence to contractual and service level standards. In instances where standards are not met, the individual will utilize established policies to implement appropriate corrective actions.

While fleet experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Own fleet accountability metrics across the EU.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis to identify systematic failures.
- Document and report on service quality levels.
- Foster effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams within the EU.
- Build collaborative partnerships with Fleet Operations and Compliance leaders in other regions.
This role will require travel to various locations to oversee the application of quality assurance processes and vehicle health.
About the TeamThe EU Fleet Compliance Team is dedicated to upholding fleet roadworthiness, ensuring safe operations in compliance with legal regulations and Amazon's operational standards. By achieving these objectives, we enhance vehicle, driver, and community safety, legal compliance, and vehicle health.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels.
- A track record of developing strong, value-added partnerships.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of engagements; adept at delegation.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Master's or other postgraduate degree.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Quality Management Certification.
- Project Management Certification.
- Experience in Fleet Management.
- Proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
