We are seeking a Senior Fleet Compliance Manager for the EU Region, tasked with upholding fleet standards and ensuring compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance mechanisms for fleet accountability, ensuring adherence to contractual and service level standards.
  • Implement and monitor preventative and corrective measures to maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Oversee fleet accountability metrics throughout the EU.
  • Conduct ongoing data analysis to identify systematic failures.
  • Document and report on service quality levels.
  • Foster effective relationships with senior leadership and legal teams within the EU.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Operations and Compliance leaders across different regions.
Travel Requirements

This role involves travel to various locations to assess the application of quality assurance processes and vehicle health.

About the Team

The EU Fleet Compliance Team is committed to ensuring the roadworthiness of our fleet, maintaining safe operations in line with legal regulations and Amazon's operational standards. This commitment enhances vehicle, driver, and community safety, as well as legal compliance and vehicle health.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, or Contract Management.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at senior leadership levels.
  • History of developing strong, value-added partnerships.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Proficiency in the local language and English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or other postgraduate qualifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Quality Management certification.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience in Fleet Management.
  • Proficiency in a second European language is advantageous.
