Key Responsibilities
- Assess Fleet Safety: Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with local regulations through regular audits and feedback to leadership.
- Support Product Launches: Facilitate the introduction of new products and programs in the German subregion, leveraging strong operational knowledge and market insights.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various internal and external parties to address operational challenges, demonstrating negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
- Manage Vehicle Availability: Utilize technical expertise to balance cost, quality, and speed, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
