We are seeking a Senior Manager of Fleet Solutions to become a vital part of our EU Global Fleet and Products Team. The successful candidate will take charge of the implementation and enhancement of fleet offerings, services, and initiatives for our last mile delivery fleet, including the Fleet Service Center Network. This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to create innovative solutions aimed at improving vehicle availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the establishment of fleet service centers at delivery locations, managing the entire process
- Engage with internal stakeholders to secure project approvals
- Supervise suppliers and contractors on-site
- Lead the deployment and enhancement of services across the EU
- Provide regular updates to leadership and resolve product-related issues
- Address escalations from Delivery Service Partners, site operations, and vendors
The Fleet and Products Team is responsible for defining the strategy for fleet services, maintenance, and repairs. They play a crucial role in developing and integrating all service programs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the last mile fleet.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
- Experience in project management within the automotive sector and fleet operations
- Experience with delivery stations or Delivery Service Partners is preferred
- Willingness to travel over 25%
- Expertise in engineering and facilities equipment within delivery stations
- Experience with Amazon Facilities
- Background in managing projects at Amazon locations
