Senior Manager of Fleet Solutions

We are seeking a **Senior Manager of Fleet Solutions** to become a vital part of our EU Global Fleet and Products Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing and enhancing fleet offerings, services, and initiatives for our last mile fleet operations, which includes the Fleet Service Center Network. This position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to devise innovative strategies that improve vehicle availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the establishment of fleet service centers at delivery locations, managing the entire implementation process
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to secure project endorsements
  • Supervise suppliers and contractors on-site
  • Direct the deployment and enhancement of services across the EU
  • Provide consistent updates to leadership and resolve product-related challenges
  • Address escalations from Delivery Service Partners, site operations, and vendors
About the Team:

The Fleet and Products Team is responsible for defining the strategy for fleet services, maintenance, and repairs. They develop and integrate comprehensive service programs to ensure the last mile fleet operates in a safe and efficient manner.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil)
  • Experience in project management within the automotive sector and fleet operations
  • Experience with delivery stations or Delivery Service Partners is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel over 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in engineering and facilities equipment relevant to Delivery Stations
  • Experience with Amazon Facilities
  • Proven track record in managing projects at Amazon locations
