Job Overview

Role Summary:

As a Strategic Performance Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our ongoing transformation initiatives. Your role encompasses the establishment and ongoing enhancement of methodologies, processes, and tools, alongside providing training, coaching, and advisory support to our organization during their application. You will facilitate the agile strategy implementation process and ensure cross-functional alignment and governance to meet our strategic objectives. Collaborating with MANN+HUMMEL's leadership, you will be dedicated to fostering change.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing standards and promoting the continuous advancement of (agile) project management methodologies, processes, templates, and tools for internal projects, particularly for strategy execution. Crafting audience-specific educational materials and learning pathways, as well as organizing and leading workshops and group training sessions. Assisting our business units, operations, and corporate functions in the development, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives. Aiding specialized departments in the formulation, planning, and execution of strategic initiatives, including goal setting and support through data-driven progress assessments. Recognizing interdependencies and overlaps among projects to consolidate synergies, ensure seamless integration, and facilitate effective conflict resolution. Conducting impact assessments and evaluating readiness for change, considering key stakeholders. Formulating necessary actions to enhance employee engagement and utilization of changes. Identifying and addressing anticipated and ongoing resistance. Supporting targeted (change) communication efforts.

Candidate Profile:

Education: A degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or a related field. Certification as a systemic coach is a plus. Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, agile frameworks (notably OKRs), and associated tools. Experience in facilitating change processes. Strong understanding of project and process management as well as strategic processes. Excellent methodological skills in workshop preparation and facilitation. Language Skills: Proficient in English, with knowledge of German being advantageous. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical capabilities, conceptual and consultative skills, pragmatic and solution-focused implementation abilities. Quick learner, creative, determined, assertive, and capable of teamwork. Flexible, committed, with strong communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
