Role Summary:
In the capacity of a Performance Office Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our continuous transformation initiatives. Your role encompasses the establishment and ongoing enhancement of methodologies, processes, and tools, along with the training, coaching, and advising of our organization in their application. You will facilitate the agile strategy execution process and foster cross-functional alignment and governance to realize our strategic objectives. Collaborating with MANN+HUMMEL's leadership, you will be dedicated to driving meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing standards and ensuring the progressive development of (agile) project management methodologies, processes, templates, and tools for internal projects, particularly for strategy execution. Crafting audience-specific educational materials and learning pathways, as well as organizing and leading workshops and group training sessions. Assisting our business units, operations, and corporate functions in the formulation, planning, and execution of (strategic) initiatives. Aiding specialized departments in the formulation, planning, and execution of (strategic) initiatives, including target setting and support through data-driven progress reporting. Recognizing interdependencies and overlaps among projects to consolidate synergies, ensure seamless integration, and effectively resolve conflicts. Conducting impact assessments and evaluating readiness for change, considering key stakeholders. Deriving necessary actions to enhance employee acceptance and utilization of changes. Identifying and managing expected and ongoing resistance. Supporting targeted (change) communication efforts.Candidate Profile:
Education: A degree in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or a related field. Certification as a systemic coach is a plus. Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, agile frameworks (notably OKRs), and associated tools. Experience in facilitating change processes. Solid understanding of project and process management, as well as strategic processes. Strong methodological capabilities in preparing and moderating workshops. Language Skills: Proficient in English, with knowledge of German being advantageous. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, conceptual and consultative abilities, pragmatic and solution-focused implementation skills. Quick learner, creative, determined, assertive.
