We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Altium. As a key member of our Enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our Enterprise Account Managers in driving software renewals in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate support to Enterprise Account Managers to ensure software renewals are correctly created, quoted, delivered, and closed prior to license expiration dates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise with customer accounts as requested by Enterprise Account Managers.
- Follow up with customers regarding contracts, purchase orders, and other queries.
- Monitor performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal business.
- Advise on quote structure, license configuration, and alternative deal structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales operations, legal, and finance, to accelerate deal closing and ensure accurate closing.
- Work closely with the Enterprise SVP to ensure the Enterprise renewal business grows and is scalable.
- Create ad-hoc SFDC reports as needed.
- Provide additional sales support on an as-required basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (associate degree a plus).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ quoting.
- Proven experience in developing quotations for software products.
- Attention to detail and CRM data integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English and German (at least B2 level).
