Braze is a customer engagement platform that powers lasting connections between consumers and brands they love. We're seeking an Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our mission.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, with a typical deal size ranging from $100K to over $1m per year. They will also have at least 5+ years of overall industry experience and a background in enterprise software sales in the DACH market.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Cross-selling and upselling Braze's solutions to existing clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Providing input into the lead generation process

In addition to their sales experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the DACH market and its key players. They will also be fluent in German and English and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
