Business Development Manager in Logistics

As our new Business Development Process Manager, you will proactively contribute to our progress. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a dynamic, innovative, and motivated environment at our headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and ensure the accurate execution of all agreements, collaborating with various departments. Facilitate the implementation and renewal of contracts to guarantee smooth operations and data integrity in internal systems.
- Supervise the rollout of new logistics processes and locations, ensuring all financial implications are correctly documented and enacted.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure that all finalized agreements are executed properly, with processes verified and carried out by the appropriate departments. Enhance and support business development workflows and frameworks.
- Prepare and oversee relevant reports.
- Assist in the validation of invoices, enforce penalties, and ensure timely processing.
- Regularly verify and maintain data accuracy in internal systems. Provide assistance for inquiries and regional tasks to the local European team.
- Manage and keep carrier documentation current.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to distill quantitative information into a clear format. Attention to detail is essential.
- A drive to advance tasks, take full ownership of projects, and possess leadership qualities that motivate colleagues to pursue opportunities vigorously.
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet urgent deadlines while adhering to budget constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with external partners and manage relationships independently.
- Fluency in English. Proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, and transportation is a plus.
