- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality within the logistics network.
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field of study.
- Experience: Proven experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, finished vehicle logistics, or transportation.
- Leadership Skills: Passion for driving business growth, taking ownership of projects, and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with external partners and manage contracts independently.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge and existing network of contacts within the automotive logistics industry is a plus.
