Job Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to help us expand our business in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discover and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking
  • Convert cold leads into potential business and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Organize and execute online and onsite meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
  • Participate in exhibitions or conferences to promote our brand
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding results
Requirements
  • German mother tongue is a must, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
  • Bachelor degree or more
  • Fantastic organizational skills
  • Well-versed in sales outreach and negotiation
  • First experience in telemarketing or inside sales is a plus
  • High interpersonal skills, ability to identify customer needs
  • Results-driven personality with efficient time management
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company
