Position: Business Development Process Manager

This position offers the flexibility to be based in either Berlin or Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure the proper execution of agreements, collaborating effectively with various departments.
  • Facilitate the initiation and renewal of contracts as well as new logistics operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to guarantee the accurate execution of processes.
  • Prepare and track pertinent reports while assisting in invoice validation.
  • Maintain data integrity within internal systems and manage documentation for carriers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to project leadership and ownership.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Experience in the logistics and transportation sector is preferred.
