Role Overview:

As a Logistics Business Development Process Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our operations forward. We are looking for a proactive individual to join our dynamic team at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration and execution of contracts, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and data integrity.
  • Manage the rollout of new logistics processes and locations, ensuring all financial implications are accurately captured and implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure the effective implementation of finalized negotiations and processes.
  • Prepare and track relevant performance reports to monitor progress.
  • Assist in validating invoices, managing penalties, and ensuring timely processing.
  • Regularly audit and maintain data accuracy within internal systems, providing support for inquiries and regional tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for carriers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to present quantitative data in a clear and concise manner.
  • A proactive approach to project management, demonstrating leadership skills that motivate colleagues to pursue opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with external partners independently.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Experience in automotive logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation is preferred.
