Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to help us expand our business in Germany and further build our presence in Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, converting cold leads into potential business, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through business development and relationship-building
- Ensure continuous deal flow for our international sales teams and scheduled web-demonstrations
- Organize and execute online and onsite meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver presentations on our products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in industry events and conferences
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement, scale our processes, and achieve outstanding results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Results-driven personality with efficient time management
- A willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher and higher levels
