Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Vergütungs- und Benefitsmanager, der unsere Vergütungs- und Benefitslandschaft weiterentwickelt und optimiert. Du wirst Teil unseres Teams sein und uns bei der Gestaltung unserer Vergütungs- und Benefitsstrategie unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Vergütungs- und Benefitslandschaft
  • Die Entwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Vergütungskonzepten
  • Die Koordination von Vergütungsprozessen und die Beratung von HR und Führungskräften
  • Die Durchführung von Stellenbewertungen und -analysen
  • Die Durchführung von Marktvergleichen und -analysen
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt HR
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte, praktische Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
  • Umfangreiches Wissen hinsichtlich der zeitgemäßen Instrumente einer modernen Entgeltpolitik
  • Theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse von Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
