Responsibilities:

Consolidate, standardize, and perpetually enhance all compensation processes in close collaboration with our service providers and HR teamIndependently engage with external payroll providers and accountants, leading compensation projects, including the implementation of a comprehensive payroll systemTranslate business and personnel strategies into clear process and system requirementsConvert traditional processes into digital formats to improve quality and efficiencyServe as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, from accountants to practice employees

Qualifications:

Educational background in business administration with a specialization in compensationExtensive experience in compensation and related HR mattersProven track record of managing and leading various compensation projects as a seasoned professionalAnalytical thinker who evaluates costs and benefitsPractical experience in compensation processesEnjoys project and process management as well as stakeholder engagementDevelops clear action plans, drives continuous improvements, and is capable of expanding and shaping the compensation department within the organization
