Als ein durch Venture Capital unterstütztes Foodtech-Startup haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, gesunde Ernährung, Verfügbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit in Einklang zu bringen. Mit unseren Produkten bieten wir frische, schmackhafte Mahlzeiten genau dort an, wo du die meiste Zeit verbringst - denn unser Ziel ist es, Millionen von Arbeitnehmer:innen den Zugang zu gesunder Ernährung zu ermöglichen und gleichzeitig Lebensmittelverschwendung zu reduzieren.

Um das herausragende Wachstum fortzusetzen und unseren Umsatz signifikant zu steigern, suchen wir eine:n Teamlead Sales Development (m/w/d) für unser neues SDR-Team.

In dieser Rolle wirst du:

  • aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren, unsere Mission kommunizieren und im direkten Kundenkontakt alle relevanten Informationen für die weitere Betreuung durch unsere Account Executives sammeln
  • in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team unsere modernen Vertriebsmaßnahmen wie E-Mail-Automatisierung, Performance-Kampagnen und Outbound-Aktionen weiterentwickeln und gestalten
  • das zweite Outbound-SDR-Team leiten und durch gezielte Coachings sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich fördern
  • Verkaufsstrategien entwickeln und umsetzen, die das Team in die Lage versetzen, die ambitionierten Ziele zu erreichen
  • eng mit der Vertriebsleitung sowie deinen Teamlead-Kolleg:innen und anderen Abteilungen (z. B. Marketing, Account Management, Operations) zusammenarbeiten
  • die Zielerreichung kontinuierlich anhand verschiedener Vertriebskennzahlen auswerten und überwachen
DEIN PROFIL
  • mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb sowie erste Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, die dir helfen, schnell Beziehungen zu Kunden und Teammitgliedern aufzubauen
  • idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Vertrieb, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • eine proaktive Einstellung, mit der du maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg beiträgst
  • hervorragende analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Software und anderen Vertriebstools zur Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
