Real Estate Sales Executive (m/w/d) – Focus on Residential Development

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the residential sales operations in Munich.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and planning of residential products, including market research and pricing support.
  • Select, manage, and coordinate external sales partners.
  • Design and implement all sales-promoting initiatives.
  • Prepare sales documentation up to the point of notarization.
  • Organize and conduct property handovers and condominium transactions.
  • Develop and manage customer-specific requests.
  • Provide internal reports to the sales team leadership and management.
  • Facilitate the handover to project management post-notarization.
Your Profile
  • Completed degree, preferably with a focus on real estate or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in real estate sales with a proven track record in residential sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the regional real estate market and applicable regulations.
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong commitment.
