About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Development Representative to join our team at Wemolo GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, providing them with valuable insights and solutions to their business challenges.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, research, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
