What You Will Do:
  • Ensure precise and timely management of employee compensation, including tax withholdings and other payroll-related responsibilities
  • Address unique cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR-related questions
  • Prepare for and assist during audits conducted by regulatory bodies
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with external parties and compile reports for regulatory authorities
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity, timekeeping, and overall personnel administration
  • Compile data for HR metrics and reporting
What We Are Looking For:
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in payroll management
  • Strong understanding of tax and social security regulations, with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office
  • Familiarity with company pension plans is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication abilities, a service-oriented approach, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in German is required
