What You Will Do:
  • Ensure the precise and timely management of employee payroll, including tax deductions and related tasks
  • Address special cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR inquiries
  • Prepare for and assist with audits conducted by governmental bodies
  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and generate reports for authorities
  • Assist in data maintenance, timekeeping, and overall personnel administration
  • Compile data for HR statistics and reporting
What We Are Looking For:
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in payroll management
  • Strong understanding of tax and social security regulations, with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office
  • Familiarity with company pension schemes is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in German
