Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, including tax calculations, social security contributions, and various deductions
  • Manage unique payroll scenarios such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a reliable resource for employees and management regarding payroll and HR-related inquiries
  • Prepare for and assist with audits conducted by relevant authorities
  • Support the Finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Engage with external parties, generating reports for health insurance providers, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies
  • Assist in maintaining employee master data and overseeing the complete HR administration process
  • Compile data for HR statistics and reporting purposes
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field with extensive experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of current tax and social security legislation, along with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with company pension schemes is a plus
  • Exceptional service orientation and consulting skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a structured and independent working style
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Fluency in German is essential
