HR Specialist for Personnel Management (m/f/d)

As a key point of contact for employees at DAVASO in the realm of personnel management, you will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, manage a variety of administrative responsibilities, and address diverse inquiries with confidence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with various initiatives and responsibilities within the HR administration team.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on all HR-related matters.
  • Oversee the complete personnel management process from onboarding to offboarding, which includes generating necessary documentation and maintaining personnel records.
  • Administer timekeeping reports, vacation and sick leave, electronic time management, personnel data, and absences.
  • Aid in the preparation of payroll accounting and ensure compliance with data protection training and occupational health assessments.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions with hands-on experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • High level of responsibility and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
