Salary Administration Expert

As a Payroll Specialist, you will oversee all employee-related financial calculations within DAVASO. Your meticulous approach and ability to work autonomously ensure that you maintain a high level of accuracy while adapting to various specific billing requirements. You will manage your processes effectively, fostering efficient workflows through innovative ideas. Collaborating with the HR department, you will provide mutual support in your responsibilities as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Accurate computation of employee remuneration (payroll processing), encompassing income tax, social security contributions, and other deductions.
- Management of unique cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages.
- Acting as a knowledgeable resource for employees and management on all payroll-related inquiries and HR matters.
- Preparation and facilitation of company audits conducted by the German Pension Insurance and tax authorities.
- Assisting the Finance department in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Engaging with external stakeholders and generating reports for health insurance providers, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies, along with work certificates.
- Supporting the maintenance of master data, monitoring time tracking, and managing the complete personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding.
- Generating supporting documents for personnel statistics and evaluations.
- You have completed your commercial training successfully and possess several years of experience in payroll processing.
- You are well-versed in current income tax and social security legislation and proficient in DATEV and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of corporate pension schemes is an added advantage.
- You demonstrate a strong service and advisory orientation.
- Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, complement your profile.
- Fluency in German is a key differentiator.
