Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee remuneration (payroll), including taxation, social security contributions, and other deductions
  • Manage exceptional cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and management regarding payroll and HR-related inquiries
  • Prepare for company audits conducted by the German Pension Insurance and tax authorities, providing necessary support
  • Assist the Finance department in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Engage with external entities, preparing documentation for health insurance providers, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies, along with employment certificates
  • Support the maintenance of master data, oversee time tracking, and manage the entire HR administration process from employee onboarding to offboarding
  • Compile data for HR statistics and reporting purposes
Your Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training with several years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong understanding of current taxation and social security legislation, with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office
  • Familiarity with company pension schemes is a plus
  • Excellent service orientation and consulting skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities, with a structured and independent working style, alongside a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Proficient German language skills
