What You Will Do:
  • Guarantee precise and timely processing of employee remuneration, encompassing tax deductions and other payroll-related responsibilities
  • Manage unique cases such as bonuses, one-time payments, and severance packages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees and managers concerning payroll and HR-related queries
  • Prepare for and assist with audits conducted by regulatory bodies
  • Support the finance department during month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Communicate with external stakeholders and compile reports for authorities
  • Assist in data maintenance, timekeeping, and overall personnel administration
  • Prepare data for HR analytics and reporting
What We Are Looking For:
  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship with extensive experience in payroll processing
  • In-depth knowledge of tax and social security regulations, with proficiency in DATEV and MS Office
  • Familiarity with corporate pension schemes is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication abilities, a service-oriented approach, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in German
