Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tools support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our measurement systems and providing top-notch support to our measurement technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and Installation: Commission, accept, and install SwissQual and Rohde & Schwarz measurement systems, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • First-Level Support: Provide timely and effective first-level support to our measurement technicians, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Data Acquisition: Acquire measurement data for test purposes, including occasional travel abroad to ensure data collection.
  • Result Analysis: Analyze and evaluate measurement results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including equipment and SIM cards, to ensure efficient use and minimize downtime.
  • Navigation System Maintenance: Install and maintain navigation systems and their associated map materials, ensuring seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical interest and understanding of Android mobile phones, computers, and electronics.
  • Flexibility and Time Management: Flexible with time and dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid car driver's license.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English.
  • Education and Training: Completed training in communications engineering, telecommunications, or a related field (e.g., electronics, computer science, electrical engineering) is a plus.
  • Office Productivity: Confident in using Office products, especially Excel and Outlook.
