ABOUT THE ROLE

As a PWM Wealth Management Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service management and operational support to our sales teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilize your operational expertise to contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, directly engaging with clients.
  • Collaborate with various product groups within Investment Management to address client requirements.
  • Identify and coordinate opportunities for wealth advisory services within your client portfolio.
  • Manage the implementation and rebalancing of advisory business.
  • Oversee cash balances and private banking services related to client accounts.
  • Act as a primary liaison to other departments supporting the PWM Business.
  • Plan and execute the onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Provide potential clients with an overview of client reporting and web capabilities.
  • Execute, process, and reconcile trading and investment-related transactions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick adaptability to various industries and business contexts.
  • Self-directed with strong analytical and evaluative skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with discretion regarding confidential information.
  • High integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.
