Bruin, a prominent global investment management firm, is expanding its operations in the BeNeLux region and is in search of a Client Relationship and Business Growth Specialist to enhance their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Distribution and collaborate closely with the Sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and surpassing their expectations
  • Collaborating with Sales colleagues to ensure comprehensive support throughout the sales journey
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the firm’s primary product strategies and investment methodologies
  • Completing Requests For Proposal and various client questionnaires
  • Participating in client meetings to foster relationships
  • Proactively reaching out to clients, including both wholesale and institutional clients
  • Attending industry conferences and events related to investment management
  • Building a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions using the CRM system

The ideal candidate for the Client Relationship and Business Growth Specialist position will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in client service, relationship management, account management, or sales within the financial services sector
  • Familiarity with the investment management industry
  • Fluency in Dutch is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in servicing clients within the BeNeLux region is preferred
