OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

This position involves executing transactions, addressing client inquiries regarding accounts, portfolios, and records, and providing exceptional service to our clients and customers.

Our client services and sales support teams exemplify a proactive approach, showcasing a unique ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Private Wealth Management (PWM) focuses on establishing, nurturing, and overseeing relationships with affluent individuals, their families, family offices, and philanthropic foundations. PWM aids clients in accumulating and safeguarding their financial assets by devising and executing long-term asset allocation strategies tailored to each client's specific risk appetite, while also granting access to innovative investment concepts and opportunities. PWM experts create personalized investment plans and offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust services.

A PWM Wealth Management Professional plays a crucial role in providing client service management support and operational assistance to sales teams during the onboarding of new clients, trade execution, liquidity management, and the ongoing care of existing clients. Key responsibilities may include:


• Utilize your operational expertise to enhance a growing business

• Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, including direct communication with new clients

• Collaborate with various product teams within Investment Management to meet client demands

• Identify and coordinate wealth advisory services within the client portfolio

• Manage the implementation and rebalancing of advisory services

• Oversee cash balances and private banking services related to client accounts

• Act as a primary liaison to other departments supporting the PWM Business

• Organize and manage the onboarding process for new accounts

• Provide potential new clients with an overview of client reporting and online capabilities

• Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree 0-3 years of relevant work experience Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Proficient in German and English Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Quick adaptability to various industries and business models Capacity to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and make independent judgments Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders Commercially astute with the discretion to handle highly confidential information Strong integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment
