About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services and Sales Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Private Wealth Management (PWM) team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and sales support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new account onboarding process, including liaising directly with new clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Work closely with various product groups within Investment Management to respond to client needs and identify opportunities for wealth advisory services.
  • Coordinate wealth advisory services within the client base, including managing advisory business implementation and rebalancing.
  • Manage cash balances and private banking services for clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions.
  • Serve as a key liaison to other areas supporting the PWM Business, providing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Plan and manage new account onboarding process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide overview of client reporting and web capabilities to potential new clients, showcasing the value of our services.
  • Execute, process, and reconcile trading and other investment-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field, preferably in a financial services or wealth management environment.
  • Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses.
  • Ability to self-direct, analyze, and evaluate, and form independent judgments.
  • Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information.
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.
