We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team at nnamu GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our product.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Assist in seamless customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes from our product.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.
- Training and Development: Support the development and implementation of our customer-facing products, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including support portal, email, and video calls.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and guides, to assist customers in utilizing our platform effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other customer success team members, as well as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure a unified approach to achieving customer success.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sector.
- Growth Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn about procurement practices, the application of game theory, and the latest advancements in AI.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Solution Orientation and Customer Centricity: Ability to proactively provide the best solution for our customers with a bias to action while upholding a positive atmosphere.
- Grit and Adaptability: Exude persistence and maintain an overview of updates to the system.
- Enterprise-level Attention to Detail: Ability to learn to master and uphold a regular service quality level required for a customer base with trained professionals from multi-national corporates.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within an international team and contribute to team goals.
- Educational Foundation: A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Hybrid Working Model: Ability and willingness to come to our Berlin or Munich office regularly (3 times per week).
