About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Success & Operations Manager to join our team at Moovster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our customer success experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert consultation to customers via our help center and other channels to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Service Support: Offer comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire process of our services, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Partner Communication: Collaborate with our partners to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any challenges that may arise.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and requirements to enhance the Moovster product and services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our customer satisfaction score and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operations of our services, ensuring high data quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise automated processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Product Testing: Participate in internal product testing to ensure the contents of our products remain fresh and engaging.
  • Customer Onboarding: Set up and edit new and existing customers on our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain internal documentation regarding operations and customer support processes, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ownership and Responsibility: Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for topics, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL (a plus).
  • Work Arrangement: Full-time, with flexibility to work from anywhere, anytime.
