About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Success & Operations Manager to join our team at Moovster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our customer success experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert consultation to customers via our help center and other channels to ensure their needs are met.
  • Customer Support: Support customers throughout the entire process of our services, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Partner Communication: Communicate with partners to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer challenges.
  • Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and requirements to improve our Moovster product.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify ways to improve our customer satisfaction score and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Operations Management: Set up, run, maintain, and improve our daily, weekly, and monthly operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Data Quality: Ensure high data quality requirements are met by supervising automated processes and implementing improvements.
  • Product Testing: Participate in internal product testing to ensure our products stay fresh and engaging.
  • Customer Onboarding: Set up and edit new and existing customers on our platform.
  • Documentation: Improve internal documentation regarding operations and customer support processes, and invent new processes as new products and features are introduced.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview of large amounts of data.
  • Ownership and Responsibility: Willing to take ownership and proactive responsibility of topics, and never satisfied with low-quality outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking: An analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is a must, and experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus.
  • Work Arrangement: Full-time, starting as soon as possible.
