EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) for Clinical Flow Cytometry

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist EMEA markets in developing their market entry strategies and commercial activities.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Sysmex's strategic goals and business growth through data analysis, market intelligence, and consultancy.
  • Oversee business and project management tasks, including pricing and profitability assessments, and competitive landscape monitoring, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous enhancement in collaboration with commercial teams across EMEA, utilizing feedback and data insights to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Support training initiatives to elevate the skills and capabilities of EMEA commercial teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital, and operations to synchronize the rollout of commercial strategies and initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and achieve business targets.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in a Business or Marketing-related field.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical flow cytometry or IVD sector is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in a commercial role, such as marketing or sales management.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools, particularly CRM and reporting software.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on task-related requirements.
  • Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to grasp the broader perspective.
