Key Responsibilities- Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement strategies for the product lifecycle management of 3rd party products, including conceptual design, business planning, and market expansion.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product launches and market expansion in the EMEA region.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product sales and market growth, including customer/market segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and associated sales/marketing tools.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with 3rd party suppliers, EMEA affiliates, and distributors to ensure smooth business operations and achieve commercial targets.
- Product Training and Support: Develop and conduct internal product and sales training, and provide support to Application Specialists in product demonstrations and trainings.
- Post-Marketing Surveillance: Ensure that product updates, complaint handling, and post-marketing surveillance are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
- Shared Services Collaboration: Collaborate with shared services (Supply Chain Management, MarCom, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, Quality Management, Finance) to ensure a smooth business flow and expansion.
- Academic Degree: Academic degree in international business, marketing, natural sciences, medical science, or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: More than 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on product marketing or sales.
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent command of English; knowledge of other European languages advantageous. Creative and innovative team player with a hands-on mindset and ability to handle complex situations with creativity and problem-solving competency.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel in the EMEA region.
