EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) for Clinical Flow Cytometry

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist EMEA markets in developing their market entry strategies and commercial initiatives.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Sysmex's strategic objectives and business growth through data analysis, market intelligence, and consultancy.
  • Manage business projects, including pricing strategies and competitive analysis, aligning with our strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous enhancement alongside commercial teams in EMEA, utilizing feedback and analytical insights to uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Support training initiatives to elevate the skills and capabilities of EMEA commercial teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital, and operations, to synchronize the deployment of commercial strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, strategic partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and achieve business targets.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Marketing-related field.
  • Solid understanding of clinical flow cytometry and IVD business is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in a commercial role, such as marketing or sales management.
  • Proficient in digital tools, particularly CRM and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on task-oriented requirements.
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to see the broader picture.
