Job Opportunity: Medical Engineer - Technical Specialist for Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Engineer to join our team as a Technical Specialist for Automation in Medical Laboratories. As a key member of our EMEA region, you will be responsible for handling service requests, analyzing and solving technical problems, and providing customer support.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide second-level support for service requests in the EMEA region
  • Analyze and solve technical problems, including on-site visits
  • Conduct technical training courses for technical support staff in EMEA
  • Offer customer support for instrument-specific software applications
  • Manage escalation and complaint processes in collaboration with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Establish new procedures for standardizing device settings in the field
Your Profile:
  • Degree in medical technology or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, training, and customer-facing roles
  • Strong expertise in electrical and medical engineering, as well as IT fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal
