Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) specializing in Clinical Flow Cytometry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist EMEA markets in developing their go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives.
- Facilitate the implementation of Sysmex's strategic objectives and business growth through effective information management, business intelligence, and advisory services.
- Manage business projects, including pricing and profitability assessments, and monitoring competitive dynamics, in alignment with strategic goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement alongside commercial teams in EMEA, utilizing feedback and data-driven insights to uncover enhancement opportunities.
- Support training initiatives aimed at boosting the skills and capabilities of commercial teams in EMEA, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital, and operations to synchronize the rollout of commercial strategies and initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and internal teams, to promote collaboration and achieve business targets.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in a Business or Marketing-related field.
- Solid understanding of the clinical flow cytometry or IVD sector is preferred.
- Several years of experience in a commercial role, such as marketing or sales management.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools, particularly CRM and reporting software.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on task-oriented requirements.
- Capable of analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see the larger picture.
