EMEA Market Manager (f/m/x) for Clinical Flow Cytometry

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist EMEA markets in developing their market entry strategies and commercial activities.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Sysmex's strategic objectives and business growth through data analysis, market intelligence, and advisory services.
  • Manage business projects, including pricing and profitability assessments, while monitoring the competitive landscape in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across commercial teams in EMEA, utilizing feedback and data insights to uncover enhancement opportunities.
  • Support training initiatives aimed at boosting the skills and capabilities of commercial teams in EMEA, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, IT/digital, and operations, to ensure the effective rollout of commercial strategies and initiatives in line with overall business goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and achieve business targets.

Your Profile

  • Degree in a Business or Marketing-related field.
  • Solid understanding of the clinical flow cytometry/IVD sector is preferred.
  • Several years of experience in a commercial role, such as marketing or sales management.
  • Proficient in utilizing digital tools, particularly CRM and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining focused on task-related requirements.
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, enabling sound decision-making.
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to see the broader picture.
