Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain market, with a focus on expanding our presence in Eastern and Central Europe.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting, to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in logistics sales or business development, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the logistics and supply chain market, including trends, challenges, and key players in the industry.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, closing deals, and managing client relationships within the logistics sector.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using data to drive business decisions and strategies.
