Product Manager for Quality Assurance Solutions

About the Role

As a Product Manager specializing in Quality Assurance solutions, you will be at the forefront of shaping the product strategy and establishing the product development roadmap driven by customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives. Your role encompasses business modeling and the execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. You will manage requirements and prioritize initiatives based on their business impact and return on investment (ROI). Your expertise in industry trends will enable you to represent customer interests effectively to both product marketing and research & development teams. You will leverage data to inform decisions and are passionate about driving significant business outcomes for the organization.

Possible locations for this position include Espoo, Finland, or Hamburg/Stuttgart, Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Formulate the product vision and establish a comprehensive development roadmap.
  • Lead the execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with R&D to prioritize development efforts while balancing technical feasibility and market timing.
  • Conduct product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies informed by a thorough understanding of industry dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Craft go-to-market strategies and oversee their execution by preparing essential sales materials and communications (including presentations, demos, and videos).
  • Drive product success by defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage requirements and gather product feedback effectively.
  • Implement A/B testing, analytics, market research, and competitive assessments to guide product decisions.
  • Act as a thought leader and product authority in internal discussions and customer interactions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management for a highly technical software product.
  • Proven experience in defining licensing models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical product managers and R&D teams.
  • Prior experience in the Software Quality Assurance sector, including familiarity with relevant processes and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a product vision and translate it into a practical product roadmap.
  • Strong experience in requirements management and product initiative oversight.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management principles.
  • Analytical mindset: adept at modeling business scenarios and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
