Product Manager for Quality Assurance Solutions

About the Role

As a Product Manager specializing in Quality Assurance solutions, you will spearhead the product vision and establish the product roadmap, aligning it with customer requirements, market insights, and competitive analysis to fulfill strategic objectives. Your role encompasses business modeling and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. You will oversee requirements management and make prioritization decisions grounded in business value and ROI assessments. Your familiarity with industry trends will enable you to represent customer perspectives effectively to product marketing and R&D teams. You will be data-driven and passionate about influencing the company's success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Craft and refine the product vision and development roadmap.
  • Lead the execution of the product roadmap, collaborating with R&D to prioritize development and manage trade-offs between technical feasibility and market timing.
  • Conduct product positioning, value proposition, and pricing strategies informed by a thorough understanding of industry and competitive dynamics.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies and ensure effective execution by preparing sales collateral and necessary communications (presentations, demos, videos, etc.).
  • Drive product success by defining and monitoring product metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage requirements and gather product feedback.
  • Implement A/B testing, analytics, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Act as a thought leader and product expert in internal discussions and customer interactions.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members.

About You

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management for highly technical software products.
  • Proven experience in developing licensing models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Technical expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical product managers and R&D teams.
  • Prior experience in the Software Quality Assurance sector, including processes and tools.
  • Experience in creating a product vision and translating it into a comprehensive product roadmap.
  • Strong background in requirements management and overseeing product initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management principles.
  • Analytical mindset: capable of modeling business scenarios and making data-driven product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
