Key Responsibilities:
Engage in a stimulating professional environment focused on quality assurance.
In your role, you will oversee test management aligned with ISTQB standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking on QA leadership for multiple sub-projects within a significant software development initiative.
- Supervising testing activities prior to the deployment of new or modified software components.
- Formulating the testing strategy, developing test concepts, defining testing methodologies and tools, planning tests, coordinating testing efforts, and monitoring defect resolution.
- Facilitating communication across all levels, providing coaching and mediation among all stakeholders involved in delivery and testing.
- Documenting activities and generating comprehensive reports.
- Managing projects, preparing reports, and making recommendations for continuous improvement and 'lessons learned' in the testing process.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model, with options for on-site and remote work.
Your Qualifications:
- A technical degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Certification in test management at the ISTQB Advanced Level.
- Extensive project experience in planning and ensuring quality in large software projects.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and software lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in facilitation and motivation.
- Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in written and spoken German (C2 level according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages).
